Position: Resource Sharing and Collection Strategy Librarian
Location: University of Washington, Seattle, WA

Overview: 

Reporting to the Director for Collection Analysis and Strategy, the Resource Sharing and Collection Strategy Librarian will work in a team environment within the Collection Analysis and Strategy (CAS) department to provide analysis and develop strategies for incorporating resource sharing (interlibrary loan and document delivery) into collection development and management decision making. The librarian will take the lead on working with our resource sharing network partners on policies and resource sharing agreements, and investigate new partnerships to expand the reach of our resource sharing network. The successful candidate will have the capacity to thrive in an exciting, ambiguous, future-oriented Libraries environment, and to respond effectively to changing needs and priorities.

This position is not tenure eligible. This position is represented by SEIU 925 – Libraries. Please see the SEIU 925 collective bargaining agreement for the Librarian promotion process.
