This hands-on process begins with stakeholder and project team touch points, and results in the creation of a wide variety of communications campaigns. In this role, you’ll be responsible for working closely with clients, including the Human Resources Department, by reviewing, editing and drafting communication materials that will help drive business priorities and amplify achievements throughout our global operations. You will also provide input into the overall editorial strategy and contribute to the continuous improvement of communications standards and processes.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works with a broad range of internal clients to provide high-quality communications services and support, including writing and editing articles, emails, web content, key messages and presentations
  • Ideates and delivers proactive storytelling campaigns and programs to amplify organizational initiatives and successes across digital platforms
  • Plays a key role in the distribution and publication of bulletins and notices, including reviewing for spelling, grammar, and alignment with standards
  • Supports continuous improvement by reviewing and contributing to internal communications processes, policies, procedures, including an internal style guide
  • Collaborates with internal clients and team to ensure all communications assets use simple, engaging, and error-free language

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related discipline with 5-7 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills with ability to develop high-quality communications for a variety of channels and audiences
  • Ability to take complex information and create simple, straight-forward content, compelling messaging and stories
  • Strong independent task management skills, including the ability to respond to shifting priorities
  • Experience with content management systems and web publishing tools
