The ideal candidate is a high energy, progressive Technical Leader, who is ready to take their seat at the Executive table and partner with a dynamic, creative Leadership Team to help transform KPL into a highly sought-after “Employer of Choice”.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director Systems and Performance Outcomes will actively be involved in the design and implementation of leading-edge systems and data strategies that will motivate our teams to new heights and make KPL a magnet for attracting the best diverse talent in the market.

The Director, Systems and Performance Outcomes will bring a wealth of experience in shaping a values-based culture, driving strategic technology and data design initiatives within a customer-focused environment. Preference will be given to candidates with at least 4-7 years of progressive strategic and technical services leadership (a minimum of 3 years being in a senior leadership role), a professional MLIS designation along with excellent relationship management & communication skills.

Please note this is a full-time executive role that will require on-site visibility and support to our teams at various branch locations.
